From Munja Camp, the boys launched their tinny and travelled 40 km’s up the Walcott Inlet into the Isdell River.The Walcott Inlet, and it’s rock bars, are known for both their dangerous 11m tides and huge Barramundi. Make a mistake here and it could cost you your life. But the boys don’t stop there, they then tow the big boat to Kalumburu and launch at Napier Broome Bay. They explore 100’s of Kilometers of the Kimberley Coast so they can show you this spectacular region. They catch massive Kimberley mud crabs by hand as well as the elusive meter plus Barramundi. They discover a World War 2 plane wreck, and have some bush cook-ups in breathtaking settings.
